Connect Live Hub to a Teams tenant
Connecting Live Hub to your tenant is the first step in Teams connectivity. It grants Live Hub administrative permissions over the tenant's telephony, so it can create routing policies, assign Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers to Teams users, and carry out other voice management tasks.
Work through the following pages in order:
- Create a demo Microsoft tenant — only if you have no production tenant to use
- Verify license availability
- Provision a service account for Live Hub
- Connect a Teams tenant in Live Hub
If the connection fails, see Troubleshooting.
Steps 2 and 3 require administrative access to your Microsoft account. If you do not have it, pass those steps to your IT administrator.
